BEFORE ORDERING THERE ARE A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

We offer Free delivery to most UK Postcodes; all deliveries are made using HGV access must be suited to this. Our delivery company will not park on double yellow line or any area they may be subject to charges to make a delivery, if the buyer does not ensure that the delivery area is clear and accessible to the driver the buyer will be liable for any redelivery charges. Pallet deliveries cannot be made on gravel, soft ground, or hills. Please read the following information.

  • Pallet deliveries are made to a kerbside location.

  • We can only deliver to ground level locations.

  •  

  • Pallet can be delivered on solid surfaces that facilitate pump truck operation.

  •  

  • Driver will not enter your premises to collect or deliver your pallet.

     
 

  • We cannot collect or deliver pallets on steep inclines.

  • We cannot collect or deliver pallets on gravel drives.

Please specify if you require a tail lift for delivery.
